John McGregor

ORIGIN STORY:  Hailing from the strategic hub of Cumberland, Maryland, John McGregor has always embraced challenge and adventure.  He started his career as a third shift computer operator and quickly ascended the ranks.  His first stint as a CIO was perfectly timed with Y2K, and many attribute the lack of business disruption to John’s steady leadership.  An outdoor enthusiast, John recently hiked the Grand Canyon with his wife.  When he isn’t playing basketball, pickleball, or golf, he is honing the impressive talent of freehand airbrush painting. 

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: With 20+ years’ experience as CIO, John retired from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in 2023.  While there, John led the effort to build Kronos Cloud, which instigated the company’s successful transition to a SaaS company.  His leadership consistently landed John’s organization in the top Computer World’s Best Places to Work in IT.  John is a strategic, forward-thinking, business-focused, results-oriented senior executive.  He understands the importance of having a strong, capable, diverse team and incorporates this in all that he does.

Lynn Mickleburgh

ORIGIN STORY:  Lynn's life adventure began when she arrived in the US with a backpack and $500.  She served ice cream on the Santa Cruz boardwalk and was highly regarded in competitive Sudoku circles.  Her love of math and passion for solving complicated problems made her an asset an asset to IT, Legal, Sales, and Finance teams at organizations like Apple, Adobe, Citrix, and Atlassian.  When she isn't windsurfing, skiing, or playing tennis, she lends her talents as an Independent Director and Board Advisor. 

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Lynn is an executive with 20+ years' experience leading digital transformation and strategic change at a number of renowned high-tech companies.  She has a successful track record scaling business models for high growth companies and large enterprises and is a thought leader in omni-channel GTM, Product-Led Growth, and Enterprise, with an unwavering focus on delivering customer value.  Lynn is excited about changing the status quo and adapting to fast-changing environments and new challenges.  She particularly loves motivating and empowering others to lead and embrace change.

David Novak

ORIGIN STORY: From COBOL programmer to driving John Deere tractors to Chief Revenue Officer, David is a man of many talents.  His professional chapters in life are punctuated by grand adventure and read like your favorite novel.  An avid outdoorsman, David enjoys running, backpacking, fly fishing, and biking.  David has landed plenty of trout while building software companies large and small, including chapters with Accenture, Siebel/Oracle, SPS Commerce, and Salsify.  

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: David has 35 years of software and consulting experience as an operator, board director and investor. His leadership in enterprise software companies—focusing on GTM strategy, including sales, marketing, product, and business development—has resulted in countless hypergrowth SaaS success stories. He is inspired by his two college boys who are constantly teaching him something new about life.

ORIGIN STORY:   After building his career in the Bay Area, John took his talents to Idaho, where he traded his surfboard and sailboat for a variety of bikes, skis, hunting, and a fly rod.  He cut his teeth in software and enterprise IT and has badges of honor from the B2B Bubble days.  John is inspired by his adult children’s heart for serving others and the opportunity that technology has to drive innovation, strategic impact, and meaningful change. 

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:  John is an experienced business systems leader, strategist, and advisor with over 35 years of experience in transforming and optimizing business operations through the strategic application of technology.  He has held numerous leadership roles throughout his career, including positions at Documentum, Microsoft, Chevron, and Atlassian.  John is known for his strengths in business systems team building, strategic planning, and design thinking, and he leverages enterprise architecture methods to drive success.

Ted Brookbank

ORIGIN STORYFrom the banks of the Ohio River to the sandy beaches of Florida, Ted enjoys the simple things in life like family, watersports, golfing, biking, and cooking.  Legend has it that during the Covid lockdowns, Ted wrote, produced, and starred in an acclaimed at-home cooking show that was broadcast live to a global audience.  Over the course of his career, Ted has spearheaded numerous multi-year strategic platform transformations, emphasizing globalization, simplification, and accelerated time to market. 

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: With more than 35 years of technology development, business consulting and executive leadership, Ted has a wealth of diverse experience working with domestic and international companies ranging from startup to Fortune 500. Ted’s professional chapters include leadership positions at Convergys, SAP, Perficient, and ATG/Cognizant. Ted excels in building and leading development, consulting, and support organizations, with expertise in managing complex, mission-critical project portfolios.
